How does shipping work?
Because our items come directly from overseas, it can take 10-15 days to arrive directly to your door. There may be extra delays due to COVID-19 issues period but we will do our best to let you know the update.
What is your return policy?

We guarantee to refund unworn, unwashed items, not marked final sale, when you return them in sellable condition, order info and packaging, within 60 days of your purchase. U SOLE CRAZY reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 60-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
